The Harvard Food Pyramid


This is the Harvard Food Pyramid.
If you've been trying to lose weight and it hasn't worked,
maybe you need a different set of rules.
I'm convinced that some diets which work for some people
are not right for others.
It doesn't mean that 50% of your lowest level intake should be oils!
It means it's really important to include them.
And notice at the very bottom it says
"Daily Exercise and Weight Control".
